Harlow was born and raised in north central Pennsylvania and has two Master's degrees from Penn State. His work experience is comprised of 24 years of lobbying both the Pennsylvania legislature and state regulatory agencies on behalf of various interest groups, including people with disabilities and organizations that provide services for these individuals. He has 9 years of executive level management involvement in non-profit organizations and 6 years of non-profit fundraising practice.
Harlow is married and has one son, two stepsons plus two grandchildren. He has lived in York County for 24 years and is a diehard ice hockey and soccer fan!
Josh began at The Arc as a high school student working at Camp Pennwood in 1984. He began working as a full time employee in 1987. Since that time, Josh has held several positions including Director of Recreation, Employment Training Specialist, Penn Employment Coordinator, and Director of Supported Employment. He's been The Arc of York County's Director of Operations since 2013.
Jim has 20 years of non-profit income development experience. Over that time he has raised millions of dollars for several non-profit organizations in south central Pennsylvania. He is proud to be part of The Arc of York County family.
Jim lives in York with his wife, Dana, his two sons, Noah and Sam, and their Cavapoo, Rosie. In his down time, Jim is usually watching his sons play lacrosse, basketball, or football. He's also a die hard Philadelphia Eagles fan and is counting down the days until their first Super Bowl victory.
Alicia has over 15 years of experience in the social services field. She has worked in various parts of the field including direct care, job coaching, and now as the Penn Employment Services Coordinator. She served in the U.S. Army as a military police officer for 5 years previously. She is proud to be part of The Arc of York County family.
Felecia has over 13 years experience in the social services field. She has worked in various parts of the field including direct care, job coaching, job developing, and now as the Agency With Choice Coordinator. She is the proud mother of two beautiful children. Felecia has been part of The Arc of York County family for more than 5 years.
Originally from Peru, Susana began working at The Arc of York County in 2005 as an After School Aide. In 2008, she was promoted to her current position of Community Program Coordinator, where she oversees the After School Options Program, the Adult Recreation Club, and P.A.V.E. She is passionate about her work and strives to give everyone in her programs the most positive experience possible.
