The Arc of York County's Ernest Weiss Award Given to Apple Automotive Group

- The Arc of York County awards the 2015 Ernest Weiss Award to Apple Automotive Group. The Ernest Weiss Award is presented to an organization or individual that has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to philanthropy in York. The recipient of this award has given generously to, and/or worked to generate financial support for programs and services that support individuals with intellectual disabilities in York County, and has demonstrated a commitment to helping individuals with intellectual and other disabilities as a volunteer or funding partner for at least two years.
The Arc of York County is dedicated to improving the lives of people with intellectual disabilities and their families. The Arc is devoted to promoting and providing supports and services for people with intellectual disabilities. The organization also fosters research and education regarding the prevention of intellectual disabilities in infants and young children.
